Katharine Donan is dedicated to the teachings of Anusara Yoga, a system of Hatha Yoga developed by John Friend. Anusara pronounced (a-nu-SAR-a) is a Sanskrit word meaning "flowing in the currents of grace." It is one of the most therapeutically effective and physically transformative styles of Hatha Yoga combining outer and inner body alignment while honoring each student's ability. Katharine has been studying Anusara Yoga for 7 years and graduated from a year long 200-hour Anusara teacher training program at Yoga Kula in Berkeley, CA in 2003.
